      Very friendly environment, work from home is available, onsite opportunity is there in the company, excellent work life balance

      Cons

      We get very few leaves and leaves are credited to your account every month. Rather it would be useful if we get our quota of leaves in a single go and then things can be planned accordingly.

Leaves are accumulated based on the amount of time spent working and is pretty normal as a policy. What we do allow is for you to over extend your leave balance within reason.       Pros

      Very flexible and good for work/life balance. Insurance is fully paid for by the company and doesn’t come out of your check which is a pro.

      Cons

      For this position, your employment only goes as far as billable hours go. If they are running low on projects, they will give you a 2 weeks notice to look for a project within the company and HR claims they will help you, but in my experience they did not.
