Dear colleague, I am a little taken aback by the extreme frustration depicted in this review - torture is such a strong word. I do think that there can be people ('managers') in the company who don't embody Nagarro's culture. But (as you also say) the problem is likely limited to a 'few dumbs.' And whatever damage a few people can do, we should be able to overcome by the majority of individuals who are aligned. So, the situation overall in the company likely isn't as bad as it seems for your particular case. Which is not to say that we shouldn't address the issue. And there are avenues that we have to address them. For instance, you can and should reach out to someone in HR or senior management to discuss any inappropriate behavior from your 'manager' - for example, rudeness (regardless of the gender it is directed to) is not tolerated at Nagarro. You also have the option to disagree with the performance evaluation your 'manager' gives and HR then mediates the discussion. I suggest that you reach out to me or anyone else in HR to talk about the problem you are facing, and we can try to sort it out.
