Everything, let it be work culture, appraisals, additional benefits, Work from Home, leave management, evening snacks, dinner, no strict timing or anything Best for starting career, as you will literally grow in Lacs while most or almost all of your other friends who are not in Nagarro will be growing in thousands only
Cons
Everything is just so perfect that after struggling hard, only cons you will manage to find here is that there is no culture of gifts on festivals. In fact, there aren't any gifts except 1 chocolate box on Diwali, but they do organize events with snacks and sweets every now & then.
