Caring culture overall, friendly working atmosphere in general, everyone is encouraged to constantly reinvent and grow, there are multiple platforms that facilitate learning in various domains, and people are mostly happy to help each other, Chilled out vibe. Can be a dream place if your project and team esp manager are to your liking.
Cons
Lack of transparency and an almost complete dependency on the manager's input can and has often led to favoritism, office politics, and even disappointment & frustration if you end up being in the wrong team and/or most importantly, under the wrong manager.
