      NORR wins many projects. Full-time work from home. Rarely have to go into office. Flexiible work hours.

      Cons

      Poor executive management. Mistreatment of employees and harsh punishment to those who speak up against it. Corporate politics poison the work environment causing poor team culture. Growth opportunity available only to few selected individuals. Frequent employee dismissals.
