Pros

Highly experienced colleagues, considered and effective resourcing of projects which allows a good work life balance as far as is possible in Architecture, and a supportive, collaborative office environment.

Cons

The architect / senior / associate structure seems much more onerous than other comparable UK practices which seem to promote early in careers; possibly a challenge for career progression.
