People seem to like what they do, which is the top in civil engineering.
Cons
The compensation here is significantly lower compared to similar roles in other industries. The growth plan lacks clarity, at least within my previous team. Annual salary increments are minimal. Communication can be an issue, as some colleagues don't respond to work messages or emails. Additionally, the holiday allowance is limited to just 8 days.
