Pros

I’ve been with the company a few months and I’m massively impressed. The culture of the company is very unique, you feel like one large family despite being nearly 20k strong. HR are very supportive and take a genuine interest it staff welfare and development. Management within the IT space have a very mature approach, they organise the IT function with excellent values which are driving us forward. There is a clear sense of continual improvement.

Cons

There are some teams who don’t appear to be fully joined up but this partly due to the size of the business and the complexity of the structure.

Pros

There are some good people here and there, it is safe, it was a nice company at the beginning of my employment before things went downhill

Cons

No opportunities for growth, micromanagement, timesheet issues, low pay, cutting away benefits for employees while bragging that revenue grows, poor internal mobility
