Pros
The course was really well put together and the trainers on the course (Jo/Michelle and Trevor) made the training very engaging. I learnt a lot from the course and even over the 8 weeks the difference in approach to conversations has changed. Materials sent out were clear and basic which made it easy to follow. The majority of the training was practicing in breakout rooms.
Cons
Hard to say anything really. The time side of things wasn't ideal as it did take 4 hours out of a morning and client calls needed re arranging. But minor con tbh.
