While the company has a strong reputation in the industry, my personal experience as an employee left me feeling undervalued and unsupported. Communication from management was often unclear, and there seemed to be a lack of genuine concern for staff well-being. Opportunities for growth and development felt limited, and feedback was not always handled constructively. I believe MM could benefit from fostering a more inclusive, supportive, and transparent work culture that truly invests in its people.
