Pros
Prestige, opportunity, excellence ... MS is a fantastic place to work, I enjoy what I do. Everyone goes into work liking the people around them, and you are part of a team of performers. There is a great deal of trust in what you get done, you can get more chances to do more important work if you show what you can get done.
Cons
It's the street, and life can be tough. Obviously, you have to have the stomach for the hours, the brain to do figures, and character to thrive under adversity. It'd be a lie to say that people aren't worried, but we'll pull through.
