Political nightmare No Recognition - partly due to the fact your manager has no idea what you are doing Quicker to suggest exploring job opportunities externally than to assist internally (not isolated incident) No clear requirements to progress - consistently changing progression requirements Losing clients due to poor credit rating No advertising is Australia - most people don't know our division exists! Icing on the cake - in performance reviews, they cannot give all high performers 'exceeds expectations' because they have to follow a bell curve. Low pay relative to industry and no recognition.
