Pros

Good infrastructure- that is the only good thing

Cons

In my experience, there is a strong pattern of favoritism within the HR leadership of the remote consulting team, particularly towards certain consultants. Individuals who are perceived as “close” or aligned with leadership are fast-tracked for visibility, promotions, or conversions, while equally or more capable full-time employees are sidelined. Career growth for full-time employees often feels intentionally stalled through lack of visibility, selective feedback, and exclusion from key opportunities. Effort and outcomes do not always translate into recognition if an employee is not part of the preferred group. There is also a noticeable issue of credit being taken from juniors and full-time team members by senior leaders, along with limited transparency around promotion and conversion decisions. Overall, the culture prioritizes politics and alignment over merit, which makes it a difficult environment for professionals who value integrity, fairness, and genuine performance.

Pros

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

Cons

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
