      Pros

      Pay was great! The atmosphere was good, stressful at times but that goes with the territory. There is a culture of everyone is family. Co-workers were always willing to jump in and help.

      Cons

      There is basic training for the system but outside of that you've got to figure the rest out on your own.

      Gained a lot of knowledge about the product because you’re working in the factory.

      Cons

      Unprofessional/Dysfunctional work environment, dated processes, no clear path for career growth. The pay was not competitive for this industry.
