Pros

The consultants and support staff are very talented professionals that understand the meaning of teamwork.

Cons

The local leadership is ridiculous they have recently gone through some kind of a company buyout and an internal reorg to apparently focus more on profits. They foolishly put a bean counter in charge whose idea of leadership is barking orders, micro managing and trying to work the employees 60+ hours a week. The sales team has no ethics and they are only interested in signing contracts with no interest in customer satisfaction no matter what they say out of the other side of their mouth. Despite what their website says they have only one product, Skype for business and the only reasons they are still in business is because of this product, the strong Microsoft connections and their handful of very talented consultants, if the consultants get tired of working 60+ hours week or dealing with the inept leadership then the company is probably done. If you have low self-esteem and don’t mind being treated like an inept slave then by all means work here.

Pros

This company has a heart and it starts with the people - everyone from management, consulting, development, support, sales, marketing and HR! Everyone is very loyal, supportive, responsive, and fun. Work-life balance. Overall compensation and benefits package. The outlook for this company and its technology - Microsoft Lync/ Skype for Business - is very positive. Very fun outings and team-building events - especially the yearly company parties.

Cons

The tier I-II end-user support contract I worked on came to an end, through no fault of anyone at Modality (the customer went with a company in a foreign country known for cheap IT outsourcing), so I no longer work there. That's it - there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this company.
