      Pros

      leading Microsoft partner for Skype for Business Strong opportunities for consultants

      Cons

      Very focused on services and installations and poor support quality. US vs UK divide with them being almost being separate companies. UK focus. Its all about growth and not fixing many broken areas. Not the best salary in some areas.

      Interesting Company but it does have many failures

      Pros

      Modality Systems is a leader in consultancy services for Skype for Business. Some of the employees are of a high quality. MVPs for Skype for Business.

      Cons

      The focus of the company is consultancy services but development in the support side of the business is poor. The company has a "hire cheap and inexperienced approach" to new employees in support in particular. It was a frustrating company to work for and little recognition for my efforts. Poor salary and annual reviews.

      Nice people to work with who are on the same bottom level.

      Cons

      Morale low, horrible management, low pay, no prospect of promotion. Feel like you are being watched 24/7
