      valued it's people, focused on excellence, great culture

      Cons

      Parent company NASSTAR didn't understand the value or business model of Modality. Their lack of leadership eventually undermined the business to the point of failure.

      Flexible and calm management approach, no micro management whatsoever Pay was good, for someone who came from a lower salary bracket due to location Customer base were all amazing, staff eager and keen to help in any situation

      Cons

      Merger with Nasstar not the greatest of decisions, it caused a lot of disruption to staff and systems being used.
