1. Trustworthy Leadership who care about their people, the programs and the mission 2. Not a "butts in seats" organization 3. A real Flex Schedule 4. Many Prime contracts which adds balance if/when a contract closes out 5. Rapport built with customers 6. Aggressively pursuing new Prime contracts 7. Open to ideas

Not much. 1. Nothing in walking distance which forces you to bring your own food and save money. The Deli in the building is good though 2. That's it I think
