      Employees who have a habit of making discriminatory statements not being addressed by managers. Too many unprofessional hires being made, makes environment unattractive.

      Cons

      Very high turnover rate. Not enough management review of employee career goals. Not enough challenging work. Laidback culture allows people with biased behavior towards underrepresented groups to go unchecked.
