Good office space, but that too is mostly due to the older company Mindtree that was take over my LALA company L and T

- Too much pressure less compensation - No set SLA's and processes most work happens by people calling each other at most odd hours. - Worst leave policy, If you apply a sick leave on Friday, your four leaves are deducted automatically (Mandatory two days leave for medical + Sandwich leave policy). - Also you need medical proof from doctor to take medical leave that too gets rejected by HR's for stupidest reasons. - Basically a LALA company, with top management filled with similar mindset people, Better to go with rivals like Infosys, cognizant etc.

No HR and Manager is interested in your personal growth All are always looking for Billable things irrespective of the skills , work environment Very bad work environment in project and no support from Management, all are busy in billing and will do whatever is client is asking for. No career growth for ambitious person. Only CEO and VP's are getting hike in double digits , rest all employees are within 7% range
