      Pros

      - Good team, manager is attentive, understanding and helpful. Supports his team on the job (while on 1 or more client projects). - Work smoothness scales with skill, i.e you should know what you need to test and follow up as needed. Manager and PM can help. Everyone is very nice. - Can apply and learn technical aspects of end to end systems, e.g data origination, transformation and mapping, retrieval and other APIs and databases, etc. - Can work on many different projects, for me it's been telecom (data flows via APIs).

      Cons

      Projects can sometimes need a hands on approach, as in asking team for updates. Manager or PM can follow up for you if needed anyway.

      Hi there, Thank you for your review. Your feedback is very valuable. Yes, there are so many clients and projects to work on. As a growing tech company sometimes we have more projects than staff...but hey that's a good problem. If anyone is feeling overwhelmed with project work, we always advise them to speak with their manager or HR until things can smooth out. Please reach out to HR for any other feedback or suggestions.

      Pros

      My manager and senior supervisor are very chill. I don't get much work and it's great for junior/entry level people.

      Cons

      The pay is very very low, you might use technical tools that won't sharpen your skills. The location is not transit friendly, a it's downtown Markham so a lot of traffic, but it's only 2 days in person.
