It was difficult to understand how our business was connected to other parts of the business. Everyone seemed siloed. Some leadership have been there forever and are self preservationists. When things go right, they take the credit from others. When things go wrong they throw others under the bus. No accountability for bad leadership. (No internal NPS). Lack of SMART goals from our specific leader. At the end of the year you could have hit all of your goals and still be told that you are terrible at your job.
