Work from home. There are pockets of good people, who care, but it’s dwindling

Cons

Replaced the Micro Focus way of doing things to HPe way (post merger) and it’s been awful ever since. Took on the HPe checkbox culture - no accountability - just task focused Everything is chaos, and no one takes responsibility. I’ve been told that the way we do something is wrong, but no one knows whats the right way either.

I got a pay cheque. The legacy Micro Focus people are good, the HPE folks have destroyed MF with their old ideas and stale content.

Cons

How much time do you have. HPE folks do not have 1 original idea. It is a snooze fest. If you raise an issue, you are "a cancer". If you challenge anything, you are a problem. Revenue slides every year, they do the same programs every year and expect different results. Products should be in a museum. Exec staff is lost and have no clue what they are doing. Pay between men and women was not equal unless you challenged it. Hello!! this is 2020. Benefits are horrendous. I wish I could 0 zeros but Glassdoor doesn't allow it.
