Pay is abhorrent and way below industry standards. Think you can get a raise by asking for one? Think again! Management hierarchy is cliquey and mostly incompetent. No one respects anyone else and will throw you under the bus quicker than fast to save themselves. Constant layoffs, everyone is scared for their job. Recently went through a merger with part of HPE so restructuring is rampant and being run by people who literally do not care about any of the employees.
