Pros
Ok, so the pay is decent, and the benefits are pretty good (especially for the people who have been there a while). There are some good people working here, friendly and competent. Unfortunately, that is about all the good I have to say about Micro Focus.
Cons
Outside of their products for mainframe, upper management simply has no clue. I don't understand their business strategy, and neither do they. The blind leading the blind. Whatever strategy they pick, you can be sure that direction won't last. Revolving door of people trying to get out of here. Demoralized and defocused.
