      Truly some of the best team members I can imagine. I’ve also learned a lot, and the team is willing to teach.

      Cons

      The company does not value lower level employees, whether it’s in terms of comp, time, boundaries, etc. also, for a consulting firm, the way projects are staffed has been a huge issues.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
