1. Harassment and bullying of new employees who have joined recently in 2 months in Mercer Gurgaon in Finance and operations. 2. There is continuous bullying and harasment on zoom calls and senior management along with HR is aware of the same. But they are not bothered and are party to the harrasment and bullying. 3. No work ethics at all. 4. The leaders promote this atmosphere openly. No new idea is encouraged and the new employees expected to be aware of all the systems and work before they join. 5. There is also a culture that if an unmarried female is joining, it means that she has no family to look after and will be asked to cater to their every whims and fancies..
