      Pros

      Smart and fun coworkers get exposure to global organization, and get to work with people all over the world great company to start career monthly happy hour very flexible schedule work from home as needed, typically 2-3 days a week very close with immediate team

      Cons

      poor pay & average benefits upper management doesn't have a clue lots of turn around at 'Analyst' level however very hard to go to next pay grade overworked, and under valued overtime is very common

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
