Pros
It's a great place to start a career and get some experience in the corporate world. A lot of red tape, and bad communication from the top.
Cons
Once you gain your skills it can be a pain to gain the right experience to advance your personal skills or to advance within the company. Although communication from the top is bad, the direct managers try to help anyway they can (though sometimes their hands are tied)
