      Extremely flexible workplace, many educational resources, community building opportunities, multiple career paths, above average 401(k) match

      Cons

      The main downside is that the sheer size of the organization seems to breed apathy and inertia in everyone who works there. "That isn't my job" is a common refrain and there is a profound overall lack of initiative.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
