Mislead about promotions, poor pay, disorganised and badly run, stressful. Many complaints from customers because things are often late or wrong.

Cons
-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line.
-Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace
-One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
