      Pros

      The company has great benefits, such as health, vacation, FMLA

      Cons

      They don't like paying the loyal employee. The location of the office is not a good location and it cost more to get to work. No reimbursement to toll road. Management is not friendly at all. When I was hired we had a family oriented setting, now it no life here.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
