Smart people, great consultants and teamwork. Good and fulfilling day-to-day work environment. Wonderful resources and a top-tier firm in its industry.
Cons
Too much expense control, short-sighted initiatives, not enough differentiation between "good" and "great" employees. So much pressure on billable hours, even for those who have very high hours.
