1) Top Management across functions & locations are highly nonprofessionals and manipulate as per their wish. 2) No work life balance, you work day & night and you don't get personal time. 3) Office Politics is another level, you get drained mentally by politics that you are left with no option but to resign. 4) Fake publicity on social media & specially in market & clients, internally companies ethics are 0. 5) List is long and this company has all the flaws which you can / can not think of. Hence, do not join this company just basis market brand because you will regret your decision in a week itself.
