Mercer Colleague, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. At Mercer we take a great deal of pride in our culture and values. We also agree that ensuring we have a diverse and inclusive workforce is essential, so we are happy to hear that you value your working environment just as much as we do. In respect your comments regarding lack of support and compassion from management, we are disappointed to hear this. The pace of change is faster than ever but we always strive to provide stability for all colleagues whilst adapting to an environment that is ever-evolving, innovative and focused on the future of work. This does mean that colleagues have to adapt to change. We understand how efficiency changes over the years can be challenging but we must also provide adequate support to our colleagues so we would like to hear more about how we can support you. With regards to your high workload volumes, at Mercer we take the health and wellbeing of our colleagues very seriously and hope that all employees have sufficient workloads. We would encourage you to speak with your people manager if your workload is unmanageable. Alternatively, if you would like to discuss this further, feel free to contact us at ColleagueFeedback@Mercer.com.

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
