VERY Bad Experience - Senior Business Analyst Mercer Employee Review

There is no check on Leadership, they exploit and harass their team. There is no ethics in this company. Being HR consulting firm it should have one of the best HR policies but worst policies are there. Even if you try to raise your voice to higher management, it will go against you. I won't recommend anyone in Mercer especially in Finance.
