Controlled from the US. No Canadian leadership. No growth plans. No investment in new ideas. Profitability achieved on backs of employees, whose compensation is frozen or cut back. Departures are tolerated, even encouraged -- remaining cohort is expected to pick up the slack. Quality is suffering.
