Pros

Great clients Attractive training opportunities, especially if you join as a graduate Good benefit offering Interesting client offerings UK executives are very visible and approachable

Cons

Office is very dated and about 5-10 years behind its competitors Budget's are very tight for seemingly everything Only seem to be measured on utilisation or sales, there is no real recognition for any other contributions to the business Not embracing modern ways of working such as flexibility, dress down friday etc Some teams seem to be unprofessional and there is a lot of talking behind peoples backs. If you aren't friends with the right people this seems to affect progression Pay is competitive for a first year graduate then quickly falls behind market until you reach associate level (after 2.5-5 years depending on performance) A lot of middle management

Pros

-Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

Cons

-Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
