The people are great; fantastic career opportunities for the 'right' employee; well respected employer in the market - looks great on your resume
Cons
Culture is average; a large proportion of the managers have little or no management skills. Remuneration is terrible and has been for years. Heavy workloads with very little recognition in some areas. Bullying exists through-out the company and HR is useless - tends to act on behalf on management only and not for the employee.
