      Pros

      Good product for businesses requiring constant development of applications to meet new and evolving business environment changes and challenges. Great company culture and work life balance but limited to HQ Rotterdam.

      Cons

      Not the best solution for Siemens business focus and therefore challenging for new people joining after Siemens acquisition. Management lacks knowledge on product and industry thereby lacks strategies and directions. Too many expats running the show in Asia Pacific limiting opportunities for growth
