      Pros

      You're working for a Highly Regarded Company. Medtronic has Good Benefits. Some jobs like mine afford you a Flexible work schedule. The company pays you according to fair market value which results in a Competitive salary

      Cons

      The corporate atmosphere is negative due to recent layoffs. Other companies are coming out with similar competitive products. Too many old reps left over from the old days that don't know how to sell.

      Very supportive Sr level management team

      There was some crab barrel mentality among peers. I trusted no one with personal information to it being used against me early on. I was so secretive that no one knew what type of vehicle I drove for over 10 yrs.
