It’s so toxic. Management is the worst. So much favoritism and infidelity going on there. Men seem to get away with it. If you have favoritism you’re able to accuse others inaccurately and get them fired. Manager from Canada would even tell her fav team lead she can do her school while clocked in. The team lead throws a tantrum when the manager doesn’t give her attention. That’s just the gist of it. Culture is terrible.
