Very supportive Sr level management team

There was some crab barrel mentality among peers. I trusted no one with personal information to it being used against me early on. I was so secretive that no one knew what type of vehicle I drove for over 10 yrs.

-Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
