Flexibility: managers are empathetic and don't need to know every detail of your work as long as the job gets done. If you're smart you can grow vertically and horizontally since it's a big company and there are plenty of opportunities. Overall it's a stable company
Cons
It's the typical American corporation with many processes, slow execution, little space for change and many useless meetings.
