Pros
Medtronic has a great reputation for first in class products. The devices that we sell actually help to improve patients' lives. Medtronic is always ahead of the competition with advances in technology. The company also still offers a pension, which alot of companies no longer offer.
Cons
The management team can be very caddy at times. Favortism is shown toward certain employees. There is no "Work/Life Balance" as employees are expected to work from 7 am - 6 pm, lots of times w/o a lunch break.
