Pros
The company strives to operate in its employees best interests. The benefits are great and the work life balance is steady. I work with a great group of colleagues who are willing to help excel me in my career.
Cons
It can be tough starting in entry level positions due to them hiring a temp agency for staff. It can take years to become a permanent employee. In some instances, the company tends to cut positions for business needs which sometimes leads employees to question job security.
