I’ve been at this company for 20yrs and have never seen such poor leadership. He’s going to run this company into the ground. Covidien was a horrible acquisition and destroyed both companies. Another layoff is ahead for this year and more amazing people will exit the company! Time for new leadership!!!! Geoff has no idea about the industry and tries to run this company like GE. Read the book “lights out” if you want to see the future of Medtronic.
