Not a warm welcome - Engineer Medtronic Employee Review

Not a very warm welcome. I have been here for a couple months and have been idle the last 3 weeks. My manager is supposed to get training lined up for me, but still waiting on it despite myself and a coworker asking for the training. I thought I understood what my role is, but am slowly learning it is not what I signed up for. I learn about meetings I should be in after the fact which doesn’t help with my understanding of what the job entails. Regretting ever taking this job.
