Good work life balance, summer hours (work until noon on Fridays). That is why I stay....
Cons
Leadership is awful. Two of my managers went through ethics investigations (and a third should have!). It starts at the top. There have been rounds and rounds of layoffs and there are more coming, especially in IT (due to the "transformation"). I would stay away from Medtronic - and also tell friends and family members to avoid using Medtronic devices until things stabilize! It is heartbreaking and Earl Bakken (the founder) would be disgusted.
