      1. Good, family-friendly culture within my team 2. Willingness to try new things

      1. Unclear corporate strategy. R&D based? Acquisition based? I don’t know. 2. Multiple re-orgs to try and get the right operating model but none seem to work so far. Needs better org design people/consultants as each change just burns money with nothing to show for it. 3. Perks no longer as good as they used to be; good people leaving. 4. Tanking stock price due to above 3.

      Very supportive Sr level management team

      There was some crab barrel mentality among peers. I trusted no one with personal information to it being used against me early on. I was so secretive that no one knew what type of vehicle I drove for over 10 yrs.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
